The third band to take the stage for Metal 2 The Masses Birmingham Heat Two were Monetopia. Fresh off the release of their brand-new self-titled album, the thrash-influenced 4 piece put on a hell of a show. Despite not being a massive thrash guy, I always watch their sets in awe. Their technical, flashy solos mixed with heavy, groovy instrumentals will have you headbanging irresistibly. If you like the greats like Pantera, they’ll fit seamlessly into your playlist.
